Personal information collected by the Company will not be provided or disclosed to any third party unless:
( 1 )We have obtained the consent of the principal;
( 2 )Laws and regulations requiring such provision or disclosure, and cooperation with all relevant public agencies;
( 3 )Such provision or disclosure is necessary to protect life, body or property of an individual; or
( 4 )Such provision or disclosure is necessary for improvement of public health or for sound growth of children.

4.Management of Personal Information

Personal information collected by the Company will be managed in accordance with the following principles.
( 1 )We will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
( 2 )We will take appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, etc., to prevent personal information from, being lost, destroyed, altered or divulged.
( 3 )We will not divulge personal information by taking personal information out of the office, transmitting it to the outside or by other means.

In order to appropriately manage personal information, we have established a system of protection under the management representative, and we will comply with laws, regulations and other rules concerning personal information, and continuously improve our efforts to protect personal information.

6.Matters Concerning Procedures for Disclosure, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

When customers desire their personal information to be disclosed, corrected or deleted, please fill in the "Personal Information Disclosure, Correction, Deletion Request Form" on your own and submit the request by mail after checking the following content.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that we will respond to requests only from the principal, not from third parties.

<Documents to Be Submitted>
① When making this request, attach a copy of your residence certificate or driver's license so that we can verify you are the principal (or legal representative).
② Return postage of \800. (We will send you return mail by registered mail, return receipt requested.) When you desire your personal information to be deleted, you do not have to submit the return postage.

<Points of Caution>
① Personal information contained in the request form and in the copy of your residence certificate or driver's license will be used to the extent relevant to the procedures requested by you, and will not be used for any purpose other than this.
② The request form and the copy of your residence certificate or driver's license will be destroyed within one month of the date we receive them.
③ We will never contact the requesting person directly by phone or other means with respect to the content of personal information contained in the request form. Furthermore, please understand that we will not answer inquiries about personal information by phone or other means from customers.
④ Personal information requested by you will be reported in writing only when the name, address, etc., contained in your request completely match the data in our possession. If data does not match, we will be unable to respond to your request for the disclosure of information, and in that case, we will send the return postage back to you.
