Reporting and Consultation Desk (Hotline System)

To promptly identify and address legal violations, harassment, misconduct, and any acts suspected of such violations or misconduct, we have established two reporting and consultation desks (hotlines) within the Company and outside of the Company, respectively. We ensure an appropriate protection system by strictly protecting the anonymity of individuals who report concerns and have established rules that prohibit any disadvantageous treatment of individuals based on the act of reporting. We promptly and rigorously investigate the facts of any information received and take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence.
